Class Format


Online:

Walden University is a completely online university. We understand the need for flexibility when juggling career, school, family and more. The Walden University format provides freedom to choose when you take classes, complete assignments, projects and tests (within an assigned period). You can listen to recorded lectures, watch video presentations, access assignments and chat with other students and faculty when it is convenient for you. No scheduled class time means you can take control of your online education.

Walden University offers start dates throughout the year and the class formats follow a 16 week semester or a 12 week quarter, depending on the program you choose.


Affordability

We understand that education is one of the best investments you can make, so we have a dedicated staff that will help to explore financing options. This includes loans, grants, scholarships and payment plans. In addition, work-life credits can be applied towards your online degree program if you qualify.

Support
